Inspired by travels through Central America, the Casamiento Spoon's namesake is a staple dish of many countries to the South. Essentially just beans and rice, plantains and an egg; it's a hearty, nutritious dish that requires substantial serving ware. Solid, hand carved teak spoons are usually reserved for this task; the West of Noble version is a Northern interpretation is lighter in form, shaped from solid black walnut. They are as useful in the paella bowl as they are easy on the eyes.
Because they are entirely hand shaped, each spoon will vary slightly in form, but will be equally appealing.
