This desk tray is a useful tool for organizing papers, unpaid bills and other important documents in your office or home. The wood pieces are secured through a traditional “finger-joint” construction. This technique requires no hardware or screws, creating a strong bond through the interlocking of the wood pieces.
Made entirely of reclaimed and found wood from old buildings, ships and flooring in New York City and upstate New York, these wooden trays carry a lasting history.
The trays do not require special care, though, if desired, they may be conditioned with our Beeswax Wood Care & Finish every six months or as needed. No harsh abrasives or cleaning agents should be used on the wood.
Two friends head this company based in Brooklyn, New York, a city that always serves as inspiration for them. All their products are made from reclaimed, local materials – at times, these can be quite unique, such as slats from the Coney Island Boardwalk, or leftover pieces from a ship building operation.
