"Probably, you are still using the stapler which was bought by your grandfather, who gave it to your father, which you asked from him and which will probably get in your son's bag. Probably, your grandfather bought this stapler." When this stapler first appeared in Italy in 1948, it was assumed to be the kind of office supply you would give to your grandchildren. Stapler savants still think of it as an unrivaled tool in the world of corralling papers, and the patented anti-jamming device built into it even comes with a lifetime guarantee. But this plier stapler is not just a nonpareil of design. It's one of durability. A unique model that works by hand, independent from the desktop, it makes stapling anything possible. And there are two staple settings. The c-clinch - the standard "permanent" staple - and the temporary staple, which can be pulled by one leg and easily removed from its holes without tearing the page. This versatile feature, which allows you to staple formal reports and documents you know you'll need to have signed, edited, and separated, is managed by rotating the metal plate on the base of the stapler. A 6/4 natural wire staple can hold up to 15 pages, and a 6/6 made of zinc-plated wire can stockade up to 30. The stapler is made of iron and steel from Europe, reinforced with nickel-plated brass parts and enamel varnish to resist corrosion and wear. Nickel is an extremely hard metal that eliminates the potential for the hardware to rust or crack over time. The stapler comes with a box of 1,000 130/Z staples.
To load staples Use the extractable pusher to secure staples in the rear-loading tray. To avoid jamming the stapler, do not try to use standard No. 10 staples. The manufacturer also recommends not stapling without paper. The stapler comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
The metal plier office stapler is made up of 40 components. The manufacturing process starts with iron, steel, and brass bands of different measures which are used to create the components using blanking and restart presses, equipped with moulds. The pins and pivots are made with automatic lathes. Different automatically fed machines weld together some intermediate components. Metal parts are then sent to the painting, thermic and surface-treating departments. Finally, the assembling of the staplers and the packaging. The painting department, which applies the enamel coating to the staplers, eliminated long ago all lead and cadmium based pigments. Emissions into the atmosphere during the manufacturing of these staples have been purified by modern plants which reduce pollution as much as possible. The company that makes these staplers, and has been doing so since 1948, was born from the meeting of two Italian families who have been collaborating harmoniously for 89 years. The company offers a life guarantee for manufacturing defects, and repairs their staplers free of charge. Each stapler is made from raw materials sourced only in European countries, mostly Germany and Italy.
