Membership and Eligibility
The AHA Insider, KM Insider and MW Insider Program (the “Programs” or the “Program”) is a rewards program offered by AHAlife Holdings Limited. (“AHAlife”) to its customers located in the U.S. and its territories. Membership to the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one membership account per individual. You must be aged 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to register to become a member. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By registering to become a member, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
AHAlife members are automatically enrolled in the Program after registering for membership. No purchase is necessary to become a member and join the Programs. AHAlife reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in its sole judgment, it deems there to be a violation in the Terms, manipulation of the Program, or otherwise actions inconsistent with the Programs' intent. If a member is disqualified, he or she forfeits the Program Account Value.
Earning and Redeeming under the Program.
The Programs’ Points (“Points”) may be earned by registering as a new member, making purchases on the AHAlife and Kaufmann-Mercantile websites (the “Sites”), or by completing other stated activities (“Activities”). These Activities and their point rewards may change at any time at AHAlife’s sole discretion. Go to https://www.ahalife.com/insider for information on earning Points. Points have no monetary value (unless required by law) and can never be redeemed for cash
Points may be redeemed for benefits including expedited or free shipping, store credit, discount coupons, and early shopping (the “Benefits” or the “Benefit”). Benefits are subject to change, with or without notice, and include only those that are listed on the website at any given time.
Expiration and Cancellation of Points.
Points are subject to expiration at AHAlife’ sole discretion or cancelled due to the cancellation of the Program.
You may view your account information, including your Program point balance, by visiting www.ahalife.com/account/insider-rewards. If you have any additional questions about these Programs or would like to make a change to your name, address, phone number and/or email address associated with your AHA Insider, KM Insider or MW Insider Account, you may contact customer service at +1 (855) 848-3778 or support@AHAlife.com. AHAlife is not liable for Benefits sent to an outdated postal address or email address.
Abuse of the Program.
(i) Program benefits described in at www.ahalife.com/insider may only be used on the Sites, toward the use of eligible products or services. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the Benefit, the balance must be paid with store credit, a credit card, or other available payment method;
(ii) Points or Benefits cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
(iii) Unused Points or Benefits may not be transferred, are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law, and cannot be applied to your credit card account.
Limitation of Liability.
AHAlife AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Modification and Termination of the Program.
You acknowledge and agree that AHAlife may, in its sole discretion, modify, add or remove any terms of the Program, by revising these Terms. AHAlife may also terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of accumulated AHA Insider, KM Insider or MW Insider Account Value and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. You may not amend or modify these Terms under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we make to the Terms. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications and if you do not agree with these changes or modifications, you must immediately cease participation in the Program. Should you wish to terminate your Program enrolment due to a modification, you may do so by sending an email with the subject line "INSIDER Termination" to the following email address: support@AHAlife.com.
If any of these Terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. These Terms and the relationship between you and AHAlife will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You and AHAlife agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of New York, New York with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with these terms. The failure of AHAlife to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. AHAlife does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of these terms and conditions. You may not assign your AHA Insider, KM Insider or MW Insider status or these Terms to any other party.
These Terms, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between AHAlife and you with respect to the Programs, and supersede any other agreements, statements or representations.
