Once you create an account with us, you’ll be able to store credit card and shipping information, rather than having to manually type it in during every checkout. You can also track the status of your parcel and see a detailed overview of all past orders. This makes purchasing with us that much speedier, for times like when you’re browsing at the office and want to make a quick buy. (Hey, we won’t tell.)
To always have the perfect gift ideas at hand, our new wishlists feature lets you curate your favorite finds in one place. If you’ve been eyeing a product (or maybe a few), share your wishlist with others as a friendly hint of what you might want to receive…
You can also share through our Invite A Friend program, which allows you to earn store credit for every friend you invite who also becomes a customer with us. As part of our larger mission, we put true value in everyday goods by offering thoughtfully made, sustainable products. We’re building and growing a like-minded community of conscious consumers who want more quality, less stuff. This is a way to keep spreading the word…

Here is an overview of what we’re rolling out with the new customer accounts:
MY ACCOUNT: After logging in to your account, you land on the main page, a personal dashboard for tracking every order (past and present), building credit from your refer-a-friend invites, keeping all your wishlists in one place and managing social media log ins. (You can easily log in to your account through Facebook and Twitter.)
WISHLISTS: The idea behind the design of our Wishlists is to create a pin board, where you can see all your favorite products. (You can create as many wishlists as you like.) To add items to a wishlist, click the “Wish It” button on every product page. From your wishlist page, you can add products directly into your cart, or share your favorite finds via email.
INVITE A FRIEND: Another option for sharing is through our Invite a Friend program. Tell your friends and family about Kaufmann Mercantile and, if they create an account and make a purchase for any amount in our store, you’ll receive a $15 credit toward your next purchase. You can send invites through email, social media, text messaging and more, using the same personal link that’s dedicated to you (it even has your name in it). There is no limit to how often you can share.
CHECKOUT: Perhaps the most essential part of our accounts is the new checkout system. Now you can save information for multiple shipping addresses and credit cards. We made the process as simple and hassle-free as possible: After you fill in your details, you’re four clicks away from placing an order.
ORDER HISTORY: Once you’ve made an order, all the essential info is updated and visible in your account – including previous orders. You can see the status of a parcel (whether it’s waiting for shipment or has shipped). In addition to emailing you the tracking number, we’ve also added it to the account page for easy reference. If there’s a product you’ve ordered in the past and enjoyed, you can re-order it right here.
