We are a food science company pushing the boundaries of fermented foods. By using a controlled and natural biological process, we have elevated the flavor profile of the coffee bean. We targeted the coffee molecules responsible for bitterness, astringency and stomach discomfort. The resulting cup is unlike anything else: extremely low bitterness with shining fruity, floral, and chocolaty notes. Without the burnt or bitter taste, coffee's more subtle and complex flavors come to the foreground.
